Being a human we aren’t be perfect of course we all knew that, and for being on that some people got these random phobias that they were fighting for emotional like a phobia on wild animals,storms,bloods,toys, and loud sounds, me personally i get through on of the given phobias before which on loud sounds, since when i was a child i really want to be alone and have a silence surrounding in me..of course has days,weeks,months passing by ill be exposing on the loud sound that our neighbors daily lives maybe..grr and will started on that i became so nervous when i heard something loud and to the sense im crying so hard in the whole day that parents will not understand..yeah having a phobia isn’t be easy because you wouldn’t affect physical but in emotional that is hard to get out through..
But i think the best thing to do if you have an phobia just overcome it for example on my experiences i had a loud sound phobia what i did was i heard songs more often i begin on the not so loud song to hear like love song and when the time i use to enjoy it i started again hearing some loud songs than the first one until i adept on those freakin loud sounds and my phobia has been gone now..thank to GOD
